储存条件：anti-CD80 In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (16-10A1) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

背景资料（Background）: ：CD80 (B7-1) is a type I integral membrane protein related very closely to CD86 (B7-2). A main function of CD80 is the costimulation of T-cells through ligation of CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). T-cells activate with binding of CD28 to CD80 and binding of CD80 to CTLA-4 results in inhibition of T-cells. The clone 16-10A1 has the ability to block the costimulatory activity of CD80 while exhibiting no effect on the activity of CD86.
