Affinity Biologicals Non-immune Sheep Antibody – FITC Conjugated is a purified immunoglobulin from sheep serum conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The IgG-FITC concentration is approximately 1mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 1 mg/ml bovine albumin and 0.1% sodium azide (w/v), pH 7.4. The incorporation of FITC is ≥ 3.0 moles fluorescein per mole IgG as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.1 mg.
