交货
如果是库存商品，若当日下单（代理商需当日下单并付款），则在次日发货。所有权和损失风险应在交付给承运人后转移给客户。 保留分期交付的权利，所有此类分期付款均应单独开具发票，并在每张发票到期时付款，而无需考虑后续交付。任何分期付款的延迟都不能解除客户承担剩余分期付款的义务。
消除
为已订购但尚未发货的任何产品提供24小时免费取消窗口。 24小时窗口后，不能更改或取消批量订单或自定义订单；对于所有目录产品，如果在订单确认后的1周内（包括24小时）内取消（或包括更改）任何订单，将收取20％的取消费。订单确认后的一周内，不能更改或取消任何订单。除非存在缺陷，否则产品一经发货即无法更改或取消（请参见下面的“检查和退货”部分）。
